The Second Path

Complete the cooperative level-30 quest to unlock the support slot. Afterwards, support level is the lower of its independently trained level and half your current main level, rounded down.

The same job cannot fill both slots. Signatures and main-only traits remain with their main job. Spells still need to be learned, and weapon skills still need actual trained proficiency.
